You therefore get assistance from our "initial supporters" during implementation; they answer your initial questions and make sure that everything runs the way it ought to. And as this kind of smooth start is so important to us, this initial support is completely free of charge for you.

The support section on our website is another important resource at this stage. You will always find updated information on all our products and many tips and hints from our developers. You can simply create support tickets for your queries and receive assistance in return. The ticket system facilitates the traceability of the replies at any time and the ticket allocation to the most suitable specialist. Very important: tickets will not be closed until you, as our customer, are satisfied with the answer.

If you require further support, we are of course there for you. “Advanced support”-queries are being treated by the most knowledgeable development engineer in the particular matter.
